No matter whether the team wins or lose, the staff continues to build and run the club with the same values and everybody is working hard to make little steps forward day after day. And this meticulous organization is starting to pay off.
“The whole team might have changed since the last 8th of June but the fighting spirit is the same – said sport director Ninni De Nicolo – And we, the staff, have been working hard here for years and we’re starting to get some positive results. I have to say that everyone constantly conveys this will to do well to the boys, they do everything to make them feel at ease”.
