Big Australian middle blocker, Aidan Zingel, will not be present on the 8th of August with the rest of the Verona players as he will be involved in the preparation of the Asian Championships with his National team.
“I am in good shape, I am working with consistency and this allowed me to fully recover from the shoulder injury I had last season – explained Zingel – Now we’re in the middle of a long tour in Thailand and China with my national team, then we’ll be in Brazil and we’re trying to organise something in Venezuela. I can’t wait to come back to Verona, last year was already a very significant experience from which I learnt a lot thanks to coach Bagnoli. And I’m really motivated to make further progress. I take the opportunity to say hello to all the Verona fans”.
