With the 2024/25 Regular Season sealed, with one of the most exciting final days in its history, the Credem Banca SuperLega is getting ready to experience its second part. The even more intense and adrenaline-filled one, the Scudetto Play Off phase, now in its 43rd edition. The best-of-5 Quarter Finals are upon us, with the 4 top seeds able to count on a favorable home advantage in Game 1, 3 and the possible “deal”. The first round of the Play Offs is identical to that of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia SuperLega Quarter Finals, but this time they will not be one-off do-or-die matches and continuity will play a crucial role.
The first act starts tomorrow, Saturday 8 March, with two challenges of Game 1. At 16:00, with live Rai Sport, Sir Susa Vim Perugia, holder of the tricolor, but slipped to second place at the end of the Regular Season by a few hundredths of a set quotient, hosts Valsa Group Modena, seventh. At 20:30, with live streaming on DAZN, Itas Trentino, vice world champion and strong of the lead in the Regular Season with a last-minute twist, receives the visit of Cisterna Volley, in the Play Offs with the last available slot.
Sunday 9 March, at 5:00 pm, live on Rai Play, the Eurosuole Forum challenge between Cucine Lube Civitanova will open the dance, at 7:30 pm, with live streaming on DAZN, there will be a challenge between ‘masters’: Radostin Stoytchev’s Rana Verona will welcome Ljubomir Travica’s Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza.

The two teams losing the Scudetto Semi-finals play the 3rd Place Final with the formula of 2 games won out of 3. The winner is qualified for the 2025/2026 Champions League. The loser is qualified for the 2025/2026 CEV Cup.

Play Off 5th Place – The formula
The four teams losing the Play Off Scudetto Quarter Finals and the 9th and 10th ranked teams at the end of the Regular Season play a one-way round robin that includes 5 matches for each team. The 4 best teams play the Semi-finals and Final in a single match at the home of the best ranked team at the end of the tournament. The winner is qualified for the 2024/25 Challenge Cup.

The 80th SuperLega Credem Banca Championship will be the protagonist on RAI Radio 1 as part of “Domenica Sport”. Manuela Collazzo will be live every Sunday from Superleague’s Arenas. “After Hours” and “Palla Avvelenata”
“After Hours, the SuperLega at night” is the Sunday evening web program signed by Lega Pallavolo Serie A, hosted by Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni, now in its fifth season. Many guests from the world of volleyball, every Sunday from 9.30pm on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A Facebook page and YouTube channel, gather a few hours after their championship commitments, discussing current events and telling about themselves, their history and their ambitions : an opportunity to get to know the protagonists of the SuperLega better. Third season instead for “Palla Poisoned”, midweek in-depth analysis of the SuperLega Credem Banca round that has just ended but already with a look at the upcoming one. Ball Poisoned airs on Tuesdays, with Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni called to the arduous task of containing the overwhelming irony of Leo Turrini. From this year, both programs are also available on Spotify, on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A channel.
