Great success for the solidarity initiative of Virtus Aversa branded Evolution Green, which in the last home game brought on stage the long-awaited Teddy Bear Toss, a gesture of generosity and closeness to the little ones. Thanks to the extraordinary participation of the Norman fans, over 500 stuffed animals were collected, destined for the children hospitalized in the Pediatrics department of the Moscati hospital in Aversa.

The event, which saw an extraordinary participation by those present, took place following the tradition of the Teddy Bear Toss: when the referees entered the field, the public started a shower of stuffed animals that invaded the field, creating an atmosphere of celebration and solidarity. All with one goal: to give a smile to the children who are facing a delicate moment in their lives.

Thanks to the collaboration and sensitivity of the staff of the Pediatrics department of the Moscati hospital, the official delivery of the stuffed animals will take place next Wednesday, March 12. A delegation from Virtus Aversa will participate, composed of representatives of the company, the technical staff and the team. A concrete gesture that testifies to the importance of sport not only as a competition, but also as a vehicle of human and social values.
