Rest weekend for Rinascita Volley Lagonegro before battling in the last two regular season matches. The A3 series championship, in fact, stops to make room for the Final Four of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia, on stage from this afternoon at the Palasport in Longarone.
After the success achieved with Gaia Energy Napoli, coach Waldo Kantor together with his staff carried out the physical and technical work this week to allow the boys to be ready for the final rush and begin to best prepare for the playoff phase.
Preparation which, however, does not only include training sessions: the Argentine coach – taking advantage of the stop for the Italian trophy – has in fact granted a few days of relaxation to the whole team, to totally recharge the batteries also from a mental point of view and spend some time with family members. We return to the gym on Tuesday and the long countdown will begin leading to the match at the Villa d’Agri Palasport against BCC Castellana Grotte, scheduled for Sunday 2 March at 6.00 pm.
