With four rounds to go until the end of the Regular Season, uncertainty reigns in SuperLega Credem Banca, both in the top and bottom positions. The 2024/25 championship could be remembered as one of the most balanced in recent years. The 8th round of return is scheduled for the weekend with one match on Saturday and five matches spread over Sunday. It starts tomorrow, 8 February, with the match at 8.30pm live on Rai Sport between Itas Trentino and Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, respectively second strength of the tournament (with one match still to be recovered) and 4th in the standings with four points behind the lowest step of the podium. On Sunday, at 4.00 pm, the game will be played on two courts. Rana Verona, who announced the hiring of the American spiker Jordan Matthew Ewert, wants to get closer to fourth place and intends to do so in the inviting setting of the Pala AGSM AIM Forum, in front of the DAZN cameras, but has to deal with the revived Mint Vero Volley Monza, who have tied Taranto with 13 points, leaving the Ionian team in last place in terms of number of victories. Simultaneously, with VBTV exclusively, the league leaders Sir Susa Vim Perugia hosts the team of the moment, Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina, which scored 15 of its 17 points after the halfway point, fueling a true sporting fairytale. At 6.00 pm, live on Rai Sport, in order not to end up in apnea, Gioiella Prisma Taranto is forced to assert the PalaMazzola factor against Cisterna Volley, who gravitate towards the Play Off zone with a match to recover, but are not in the mood to relax.

“After Hours, the SuperLega at night” is the Sunday evening web program signed by Lega Pallavolo Serie A, hosted by Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni, now in its fifth season. Many guests from the world of volleyball, every Sunday from 9.30pm on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A Facebook page and YouTube channel, gather a few hours after their championship commitments, discussing current events and telling about themselves, their history and their ambitions : an opportunity to get to know the protagonists of the SuperLega better. Third season instead for “Palla Poisoned”, midweek in-depth analysis of the SuperLega Credem Banca round that has just ended but already with a look at the upcoming one. Ball Poisoned airs on Tuesdays, with Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni called to the arduous task of containing the overwhelming irony of Leo Turrini. From this year, both programs are also available on Spotify, on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A channel.
