After the weekend in Bologna which consecrated it as the winner of the 47th edition of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia, Cucine Lube Civitanova returns to focus on its European commitments. Giampaolo Medei’s group welcomes Nova Tech Lycurgus Groningen, a Dutch club, for the second leg of the Challenge Cup Quarter Finals. The first leg, two weeks ago, rewarded captain Fabio Balaso and his teammates, who won 3-1 away: strengthened by this result, the Cucineri will only need to win two sets to obtain mathematical qualification for the Semi-finals of the European competition. Appointment at the Eurosuole Forum at 8.30pm for tomorrow, Wednesday 29 January: after the European challenge, Civitanova will return to dive into the SuperLega Credem Banca, with the Marche group which will be on stage in Piacenza at 4.00pm on Sunday 2 February.
