After the 3-0 victory in the first leg, Cucine Lube Civitanova makes no concessions to the Serbian team Karadjordje Topola, beating them 3-1 also in the second leg of the Round of 16 of the Challenge Cup. Giampaolo Medei’s team, which finds in Eric Loeppky the top scorer of the evening (23 points for the Canadian), thus gaining the pass to the Quarter Finals, with the first leg set for Wednesday 15th January. Opposite the cooks will be the Dutch team Groningen, who advanced to the next round thanks to their success against Dinamo Bucaresti. First, however, attention will be focused on the SuperLega Credem Banca: Civitanova hosts Allianz Milano on Sunday (at 6.00 pm), with the match live on Rai Sport.
