The match between Conad Reggio Emilia and Smartsystem Essence Hotels Fano which was played last night at the PalaBigi in Reggio Emilia ends 1-3. The match launches the guests into tenth place in the standings and sends Reggio back to twelfth place, which however finds itself outside the relegation zone.
A complicated match last night where Reggio Emilia only managed to snatch the second set from Fano and was unable to close the fourth set and Smartsystem Essence Hotels took home the full spoils after fighting against the advantages of the last set. Now Reggio awaits the away match against Cosedil Acicastello, in fourth place in the table, on Saturday 16 November at 7pm.

We started in all of the sets very loose, so we were good at holding our own in terms of the score, but obviously by starting badly, then not finishing very well, it is difficult to bring home the set and the result. Surely there is not a single fundamental that has not succeeded at its best, it is a sum of things that have not succeeded. It’s not all a disaster so let’s get the best out of this match.”
