Two full-scoring victories with Savigliano at home and Brugherio away and first position in the standings after just two rounds of the championship. A peak that Negrini CTE will have to defend in the third round of the season in the long Sardinian trip to Sarroch (CA).

The Sardinian team, largely renewed compared to last season, comes from two consecutive defeats, starting in the derby with CUS Cagliari after three sets ended in the lead and subsequently in the Umbrian away match at San Giustino where they won the first set subsequently suffering the opponent’s comeback.

Coach Michele Totire analyzes the opposing team:

“Sarroch is not the team we saw in the first two league games. They played with two important teams. I’m sure they will get out of these positions soon. It will be a tough match that will allow us to understand what we can say away from home, we have already identified what we need to work on. We have a short week compared to the typical one. We go there trying to express our game, always staying alert. On the other side there are people who know how to play. There is no serenity because, despite first place, we only played two games.”
