With the end of the pre-season and the home debut against Itas Trentino, Cisterna Volley officially began its second season of Superlega Credem Banca. Despite the defeat, against the European Champions of Trento the public applauded the Pontine collective, with the presence of almost 2700 spectators at the Palasport in Viale delle Provincie.
Once the first day of the championship has been archived, a busy month of October awaits, starting next Sunday against Rana Verona at the home of the Scaligeri, in what will be the fourth official match between the Pontini and the Scaligeri. The only home match of the month will be Sunday 13 October against coach Anastasi’s Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza. Followed by two consecutive prestigious away matches, where Cisterna Volley will meet coach Lorenzetti’s Sir Susa Vim Perugia and coach Medei’s Cucine Lube Civitanova.
