The Helix Sports Medical Center continues to support the men’s volleyball club of the city of Cuneo. To toast the renewal of the partnership, Doctor Corrado Biolè invited the Cuneo Volley Medical Staff to the Borgo S.Dalmazzo medical center.
Doctor Corrado Biolè, Medical Director of the Cuneo Club and director of the Helix Center, will continue to carry out sports visits to the Cuneo Volleyball athletes. Doctor Matteo Parola was reconfirmed in the role of Social Doctor and Doctor Gabriele Pisanu in that of Orthopedist of reference. FisioOne by Gianlorenzo and Alberto Santoro will continue to be the physiotherapy studio providing support for the rehabilitation therapies of athletes and support for physiotherapists in the field, such as Nicolò Repetto and new entry Andrea Pace.
A special mention for the latter, due to his passion and desire to grow professionally and personally with experience thousands of kilometers from home. Andrea, in fact, responded to a LinkedIn advert placed by the Cuneo club for the position of physiotherapist during weekly training sessions at the sports hall and away trips during the season, therefore a partial commitment; small detail, for him it meant moving permanently from Messina to Cuneo. Andrea immediately took this experience with great enthusiasm, at times contagious, which pushed the Santoro brothers to want to give a further opportunity by filling the part-time slot at their studio.
Completing the medical staff is the sports nutrition consultant Vanessa Pigino, available to the team in finding the best nutritional path to arrive ready and performing for training and competitions, with the right nutritional intake to support them.
