Last tests for Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza before the official start of the 2024-2025 season. Over the weekend the red and white team will be involved in Montichiari, in the province of Brescia, in the third edition of the Astori Hardware Trophy.
The competition, which will take place at the PalaGeorge in Montichiari, will see four teams at the start: in addition to Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, Itas Trentino, Rana Verona and Valsa Group Modena will be in the field.
In the first match, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 14 September at 5.00 pm, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza will face Rana Verona who won the first edition of the event in which Piacenza came fourth while the other semi-final, scheduled for 8.00 pm, will see Itas Trentino and Valsa face each other Group Modena.
Andrea Anastasi: “We will face important teams, they will be excellent tests in view of the first official match which is the Super Cup. We need to grow and above all find greater intensity in our game, in the last few outings I have seen good things and others where we need to improve, I am happy with our break phase, a little less than what we have seen in attack so far . We will face a team like Verona who have been working together for a long time, it will be an excellent test for us and we will need to understand where we are at.”
