With the arrival in Padua of spiker Shay Mayo Liberman, the roster of Sonepar Padova is now complete and available to coach Jacopo Cuttini to face the last weeks of preparation and testing in view of the start of the 2024_25 SuperLega season. Mayo Liberman was involved until a few days ago with the Israeli U20 national team, of which he is captain, in the European Under 20 Championship.

Shay, born in 2005, joined his Paduan teammates yesterday and is now preparing to integrate into the group that has worked intensely in recent weeks. The arrival of all the athletes in Padua marks a crucial moment for the team, ready to exploit every opportunity in the coming days to refine cohesion and refine the various technical sporting aspects in view of the seasonal debut.

“I arrived in Padua on Monday evening and I already feel at home. – began the athlete with an Israeli passport – I had the opportunity to meet my teammates and get to know the technical staff. Everyone welcomed me warmly. My goals for this season are, without a doubt, to reach the goals set by the team and constantly improve myself to contribute to their achievement.”

Coach Jacopo Cuttini will have a complete and very young roster at his disposal: Tommaso Stefani as opposite; Veljko Masulovic, Shay Mayo Liberman, Marko Sedlacek, Mattia Orioli and Luca Porro as spikers; Benjamin Diez and Alessandro Toscani as liberos; Marco Falaschi and Matteo Pedron as setters; Fabian Plak, Andrea Truocchio, Federico Crosato and Luca Galiazzo in the middle.
