The Board of Directors of the Serie A Volleyball League was held today, Wednesday 4 September 2024, at the League headquarters in Bologna. The members of the Board of Directors discussed and addressed various issues in view of the next season.
First of all, the two Vice Presidents of the Serie A Volleyball League have been appointed: Stefano Fanini, president of Verona Volley, will be Deputy Vice President in the SuperLega quota, while Sergio Di Meo, president of the Virtus Aversa club, has been elected in the Serie A2 and Serie A3.
Subsequently, the latest draft of the national collective agreement, drawn up following the meeting with the Italian Federation, the Women’s League and the Italian Volleyball Association, was examined.
It was then decided to sign the agreement with Volleyball World, the Newco born from the partnership between FIVB and CVC Capital Partners, regarding international media and betting rights.
Finally, the strategic investment plan for communication and development for the next seasons was approved.
