Negrini CTE Acqui Terme has concluded the first week of preparation in view of the 2024/25 championship. The boys met under the orders of coach Michele Totire and his staff on Monday 26 August.
A working group that, despite being almost completely new, already seems close-knit, as confirmed by the technician:
“The boys are responding very well both to the demands of the athletic trainer Gregorio Cerutti in the weight room and to mine in the afternoon with the ball. We haven’t made any leaps yet, we have the will. Although the actual game is not yet present, we can already glimpse a fairly high quality. When I was in the youth national team I had a very high level staff, this year I chose to have a very young staff. Despite their age they are demonstrating excellent preparation and we get along very well even outside the gym. The boys have already created a nice, very close-knit group, next week Pievani and Petras, busy with the Slovak national team, will join the team”
The first field test is scheduled for Saturday 14 September at 5pm in joint training in Savigliano.
