Valsa Group Modena Volley will participate in the Third Astori Hardware Trophy, which will take place on 14 and 15 September 2024 at the PalaGeorge in Montichiari in the province of Brescia. Together with the gialloblù there will also be Trentino Volley, Rana Verona and Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza. For Modena Volley it will be the first official tournament of the season, albeit a friendly one, in which coach Alberto Giuliani will have general rehearsals two weeks after his championship debut, on Sunday 29 September on the pitch in Piacenza.
The program for Saturday 14 September includes the two semi-finals Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza-Rana Verona at 5pm followed by Itas Trentino-Valsa Group Modena Volley around 8pm. On Sunday 15th, however, at 3pm the third-fourth place final will follow, at around 6pm, the first-second place final which will decide the winning team of the competition.
