Holidays also ended for ErmGroup Volley Altotevere. From Monday 26 August, the white-blue team will begin the preparation phase for their third consecutive season in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship, which records their return to the White group. As per tradition, the previous day is that of the gathering, in compliance with a nice and consolidated ritual. At 6.30 pm on Sunday 25th, therefore, all the players, coaches and technical and healthcare staff will meet at the ErmGroup headquarters in San Giustino for a sort of greeting, then from Monday until Friday 30th – therefore for the entire week – the program includes gym in the morning in the GPoint structure of San Giustino and sessions in the afternoon in the swimming pool and in the Pampaloni sports center facility in Fighille di Citerna. The confirmed coaches Marco Bartolini and Mirko Monaldi, together with Davide Marra in the role of third coach and athletic trainer together with Giovanni Collacchioni, will have 12 of the 14 members of the roster available: the central Gabriel Galiano, who was among the 18 players called up for the national team Under 20, he will join his new teammates on 2 or 3 September, while spiker Daniele Carpita – who will play in the European category championship – will join the group after 10 September.
