Rondoni, who in the past wore the shirt of Top Volley Cisterna in the Super League (from 2019 to 2021), was also a player for Club Italia Crai in Serie A2 for two championships, before moving to Pordenone and then to Sabaudia where he is about to begin its third season. Rondoni, born and raised in volleyball in Velletri, is also a student of physical education at the University of Tor Vergata.
