The Tinet Prata is ready and loaded. 2024 – 2025 will be the seventh consecutive season in Serie A for president Vecchies’ Club and from today, the last day of the Volley Mercato which was held in Bologna, the calendar of the Serie A2 Credem Banca has been revealed which will see the yellow-blues of Coach Mario Di Pietro.
It will be the season of return to PalaPrata and also that of something new for fans. In fact, it will be played on Sunday afternoon to also allow local teams, who generally have their matches on Saturday evening, to attend the Serie A matches.
Looking through the program we discover that the date to mark on the calendar for the start of the season is October 6th when Tinet will make their home debut. A deja vu because also in the past season the gialloblù began their journey by crossing paths with Conad Reggio Emilia, which this year can count on a former luxury player like Carlo De Angelis. The return match with the Emilians will be one of the most awaited matches by fans, the one on Boxing Day which this year the Passerotti will play far from their friendly nest. The first away match, on the following day, will certainly see the participation of many supporters from Prato, led by the Curva Berto Forza Passerotti, given that the “classic” is being played in nearby Porto Viro. On October 31st there will be an away match against one of the big favorites of the championship, Consoli Sferc Brescia, while between November and December there will be a triptych of very demanding matches with Siena, Cuneo and Catania in sequence, all teams clearly aiming for the great jump. The Befana will be celebrated at the PalaPrata by hosting the newly promoted OmiFer Palmi. The regular season ends on March 16th with the away match in Fano. Then from then on the play off phase will begin which will follow the same process as last season with the top seven battling for promotion and the teams from eighth to twelfth facing the preliminary round of the Del Monte Coppa Italia. Italian Cup which will not be played with the Final Four, but with semi-finals and finals between 4 and 11 May. The following week there will be the Super Cup which will pit the winner of the championship and the Italian Cup against each other. In this way the season will end on May 18th after eight dense and highly spectacular months.

Sooner or later you have to face them all and I don’t find any particular differences. Giving favorites based on rosters is possible, but on the field the situation is often different.
