Volley Tricolore completes its squad with middle blocker Riccardo Alberghini.
Born in 2004, originally from Modena, Alberghini arrived in Serie B with the Anderlini Volleyball School, where he demonstrated that he knew his stuff, thus making his debut in Serie A3 with Wimore Salsomaggiore Terme in the 2023/2024 season. Now he arrives in Serie A2, where he will face a further leap in category: “From next season I expect a united, strong group, ready to improve and test itself. I am happy to be able to work with highly experienced athletes and to be able to learn from them.”
What do you expect from the upcoming season?
“My goals are to further improve on the fundamentals and to test myself within the team group to understand what level I can aspire to. I strongly believe in the Volley Tricolore project, I think it is very interesting and I hope it can bear fruit. Focusing on young people can be satisfying. I’m happy to be part of it and to be able to contribute.”
