The new opposite of Gabbiano Mantova arrives from Tinet Prata of Pordenone, where he has played for the last five years: he is Alberto Baldazzi, born in 1998 and 199 centimeters tall, ready to take up the legacy of Marco Novello (of whom he is former companion), passed to A2 in Cantù.

We are bringing a young player to Mantua, with five seasons in A2 and three in A3 behind him. An element therefore capable of making the difference. Baldazzi, a native of Ferrara, has, as mentioned, five seasons behind him with the Prata di Pordenone shirt, the first three in A3 and the last two in A2. With the Friulians uniform he won the promotion playoffs and the A3 Serie Italian Cup in 2021-2022, together with Novello and Yordanov, protagonists in Mantua last season. Previously, for him one year at Tipiesse Cisano Bergamasco, one at Mosca Bruno Bolzano and one at Club Italia, always in A2.
And Gabbiano’s 2024-2025 roster is taking more and more shape. In addition to the arrivals of Pinali in the squad and Baldazzi in place 2, here are the first confirmations. Blue and white jerseys again next year for Edoardo Gola, Riccardo Scaltriti and Raul Parolari, who thus complete the spiker department: «We couldn’t be happier – continues Artoni – for Gola it will be the ninth year in the Gabbiano jersey, he is our captain and he is an absolute example in the gym.
