The Fioi have risen to Serie A. After two seasons of absence, Venezia FC returns to the top Italian league. This evening’s victory against Cremonese, 1-0 goal by Gytkjaer, allows the lagoon players to win the promotion play-offs. Congratulations to the team of president Duncan Niederauer, to the coach Paolo Vanoli, to the sporting director Filippo Antonelli, to the players and to all the management staff of the lagoon players.
A promotion that also speaks a little of San Donato, Captain Marco Modolo is one of our fellow citizens, and to him more than anyone, our joy goes for the goal we have just achieved. We’re going to Serie A, we’re going to Serie A; so the fans sang at Penzo this evening.
