And he demonstrated all his value: in the regular season, in the round of 16 of the playoffs against Negrini Cte Acqui Terme. And in the quarterfinals, in an electrifying series with OmiFer Palmi, branded by the twenty-nine year old opposite.
ON THE BUBBLE – Bisi identifies the key to the double success against the Calabrians: «The psychological factor. Faced with a team “on the bubble” and fresh from victories in the Italian Cup and Super Cup, we never took a step back. Starting from the first challenge, in which we managed to immediately demonstrate that we were at their level, if not more. In Palmi, however, we were 9 points down and had the merit of making a comeback, thus demonstrating that playing at home or away doesn’t matter: it’s the mentality that counts. At this moment we are very sure of ourselves.”
SINGLE BLOCK – Belluno Volleyball is a single block and is marching compactly towards new goals: «I am part of a young, close-knit and, I say it with a smile, “ignorant” group. In the sense that he interprets every situation with the right and appropriate lightness, on and off the pitch. Compared to the beginning, I feel like I’m living another season, in contact with people who have grown, matured, changed from various points of view. And aware.”
OBSTACLE – Now, in the semi-final, there is another significant obstacle awaiting the rhinos: it is Smartsystem Fano, who came second in the blue group of a regular season in which they scored 2 points more than the rhinos. And, for this reason, he will have the field factor in his favor. On Sunday 28 April (7pm), the best-of-three series takes off from the Marche region. «We must think first of all about ourselves – continues the blue and white bomber – and interpret the commitment with the idea that we can beat anyone. Because we are developing really good volleyball: in Fano it won’t be easy, but we will have our say in game 1 which could already be decisive. At least from a mental point of view: starting on the right foot would be fundamental, if it is true that many of these playoff series were oriented precisely by the outcome of the first match.”
