After four seasons, the DelMonte® Boy League is back and Cuneo will be among the clubs participating in the qualifiers! The last edition of 2019 was won by Itas Trentino, after which the event organized by the men’s Serie A Volleyball League, aimed at the Under 14 youth teams of Serie A clubs, was no longer held.
The qualifying phase of the Under 14 Championship of the Serie A Consortium is characterized by four groups made up of four teams each and will be played in four different venues (Trento, Perugia, Modena and Cantù). Puliservice Acqua S. Bernardo Cuneo, included in Group B, will play the qualifying match at the PalaFrancescucci in Casnate with Bernate, home of the A2 series of Cantù, on Sunday 7 April.
The other teams participating in Group B and which the blue and whites will face are: the hosts of Pool Libertas Cantù, Gamma Chimica Brugherio and Monge Gerbaudo Savigliano. At the end of the round-robin tournament, with one-way best-of-three-set matches, the top two teams will be determined and will qualify for the Final Eight, which will be played from 24 to 26 May 2024.
