For one day, Palazzo develops and enhances human capital.
The goal: to train as a team even on the sidelines.
Inaugurating the works was the President of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza Elisabetta Curti: “It is not the first time we have organized a workshop and I must say that every time we have positive feedback. I am happy that on this occasion too many of you have joined this initiative, the aim is always to make the companies that support our project known among themselves. All together we are taking our team around Europe, we are among the best eight European teams and this can only be a source of pride for us. I invite you to deepen your understanding of each other and create relationships.”
Andrea Anastasi, coach of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza then spoke about teamwork, with many comparisons between sport and corporate activity. “It is with great pleasure that I am here, I thank my club for this opportunity because sponsors are a very important part of our sport. My specific job is to try to make everyone participate in the Company’s project, the final objective is sporting performance but my job is not just coaching on the pitch, coordinating the work of my staff also remains central. My principles are based on communication, empathy, trust, collective responsibility and attention. The tone of voice is crucial when communicating something to a player or a collaborator who works with us in the company.”
