Thanks to its fourth place in the regular season, Modena earned its place in the Cev Cup next season. The opening game will be against the Croatians of Mladost Zagreb, in November. If it goes through, Modena will meet the winner of Famogusta (Cyprus) and Amriswil (Switzerland).
