When you work, commit yourself and look ahead, great satisfaction always comes. This is the case of assistant coach Alessandro Mamprin who has become a national collaborator in the beach volleyball selection processes. Alessandro will take care of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The project aims to search for new talents to be progressively included in the national teams with a plan that can be long-lasting. The national collaborators will support the activity of the federal technicians and will have the task of constantly monitoring the progress of the athletes of Italian interest in the long term, operating on multiple regions at the same time (groups of neighboring regions). There will be periodic calls for training, internships and tournaments.
A great opportunity for Alessandro: “My role – he comments – will be to attend the various regional and national events, both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball, with the aim of identifying talents of national interest ready to take part in a path in the summer beach season”.
