And now comes the Fipav Silver Mark for the results of the volleyball school and the merit that CONI will award to the company on Saturday morning at 10.30 in Fermo in the “Chiesa San Filippo” municipal hall (Corso Cavour). “The results are the result of the constant commitment of the team and the club, but now more than ever it is important to keep our feet firmly on the ground – comments president Rossano Romiti -. In the summer we thought we had put together a good team and that is proving to be the case, but the championship is still long and we know that the calculations will be made in the spring. We are on the right track, satisfied with the play expressed by the boys and with the ever-increasing support that fans and the territory guarantee to the team. Let’s continue like this, with the belief that we have what it takes to continue with this step.” The ranking is clear: Grottazzolina 20 points; Prata di Pordenone 16; Siena 14; Brescia, Porto Viro and Ravenna 12. And now comes the real tour de force: evening advance on Saturday 25 November in Cantù (at 8.30pm); then at home against Consar Ravenna (Sunday 3 December at 6pm); another trip to Siena (Thursday 7 December at 8.30pm); and again in Grottazzolina against Abba Pineto (Sunday 10 December at 6pm). In essence, four matches in 16 days: 12 points up for grabs, with several direct clashes at stake. And the ranking could get really interesting.
