A win was required and a win it was! Conte’s boys have probably played one of their best home game of the season. They offered a beautiful one to their fans to finish what has been a spectacular season so far. Thanks to this victory and Roma’s defeat in Crema, Bologna ends in second place, which means it will play all the deciders at home until the semi-final. In the playoffs quarter-finals it will face the winner of Ravenna versus Cavriago, which will fight it out in the 8th of final.

“I am happy with the way we ended this fantastic season – said coach Conte – but we have only done three-quarters of the way. A new championship begins now with 10 teams fighting for one place. The strongest team will simply prevail”.
