Kemas Lamipel is preparing for a very intense month of October. In addition to the long-awaited debut in the championship, scheduled for Sunday 15 October, against Abba Pineto Volley, Colli and his teammates still have two test matches to play, both within friendly walls. First commitment, joint training on Wednesday 4 October, 5.30 pm, against Consar Ravenna, men’s A2 (the Wolves will face them on the 4th first leg, Wednesday 1 November, again at Pala Parenti).
The Romagna team is one of the youngest teams in the A2 Credem Banca championship; as well as Santa Croce, has added to the many talents some more experienced athletes, already able to handle the category, from Stefano Mengozzi to Riccardo Goi to Martins Arasomwan. Among the guys with the future, the names of Bovolenta stand out, absent on this occasion due to commitments with the national team, Orioli, Mancini, and Russo. Ravenna, in the joint training sessions played, managed to secure only one victory, against Siena; the team led by coach Bulleri, for its part, has not yet won, but has just come out of an intense month of preseason, a “tour de force” of 6 matches (all away) which have already largely highlighted the points strengths and flaws of the team. The last two weeks of training will be decisive in arriving at the first match of the regular season in the best possible shape.
Another crucial event, in this sense, will be the Memorial “G. Parenti”, scheduled for this Saturday, October 7, at 6.00 pm, with the current opponent Emma Villas Siena. Interesting match that the coach will certainly face with the best “6+1” and the aim of winning, an excellent test for the match the following weekend, which will offer, for the first time in the season, three “real” points ”.
Also on Saturday, before the Memorial, starting from 3.00 pm, the presentation of the entire Lupi promotional and competitive sector, both female and male, will take place. Furthermore, from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm, at the ticket office, it will be possible to purchase a season ticket for the 2023-24 season.
