The third week of the Volleyball Rebirth ends with joint training at the Palasport of Villa d’Agri against the Volley Marcianise team coached by Mister Nacci.
Coach Lorizio chooses the sextet to field composed of the diagonal Vaskelis-Piazza, the spikers Dietre-Armenante, the central defenders Miscione-Pizzichini with the libero Fortunato. Mister Nacci fields the diagonal Alfieri-Compagnoni, the spikers Dalmonte-Gallo, and the central defenders Vetrano-Ballan with the libero Cereda.
The first set starts in favor of the guests who at 5-7 find an advantage over Mister Lorizio’s boys. The advantage of the guests continues, leading to 11-8 but subsequently Lagonegro takes the lead 18-16 with Dietre as the best scorer in attack. The set ends in favor of Rinascita Volley.
Second set begins point by point with a 4-4 tie continuing until 10-10 keeping the set balanced for most of the set. It increases 22-17 in the final stages, Dietre and Armenante make their presence felt, Lagonegro dominates the game, increases the advantage and wins the set.
Third set starts balanced, Marcianise-Lagonegro maintain a gap of one point, taking a clear lead in the central stages with a 12-8, subsequently with a 21-12, Rinascita dominates the set and closes it.
The fourth and final set begins with an advantage for Marcianise 8-6, the two teams always maintain a stable balance. This set also remains the hosts’, Lagonegro closes the set.
