Emma Villas Volley Siena has started its second week of training. It is in fact the moment to think about refining the preparation of the kids and also about creating group chemistry, a fundamental component for achieving any result. The white-blue team is carrying out its physical preparation at PalaOrlandi, in the Costone facility, where the training sessions that will be carried out by the Sienese team are also scheduled in the next few days during this week.
All the players on the roster available to coach Gianluca Graziosi have arrived in Siena and are training. The Brazilian Matheus Krauchuk, who was involved with the Brazilian national team at the Universiade in the summer, and Riccardo Copelli, who has just concluded his commitments with beach volleyball, have also joined the group. The group is therefore complete, under the orders of coach Graziosi and his assistants Passaponti and Monaci.
The players’ medical tests will also begin today, which will be carried out in the NeoMedica facility, which has been close to the white and blue club for years.
Coach Graziosi charged up the group in the first days of training. A group, the white and blue one, which is made up of some players who are now experts in the category but also of various young people eager to emerge and contribute to the team. The coach spoke with the various players, talking to them about the objectives to be achieved during the season. Before the first training session, the coach of Emma Villas Volley Siena told his boys: “It will be essential to become a group and a team as soon as possible, because only in this way is it possible to reach our goal. We must never leave a workout if we haven’t improved ourselves at least a little. And this is true for every single day and for every single workout. Then I am convinced that the results will come”.
The first official engagement of Emma Villas Volley Siena will be on October 15th, the day on which the first day of the Serie A2 championship will take place. That day the Tuscan team will be busy away, in Abruzzo, and more precisely in Ortona, for the first match of the Serie A2 tournament.
