After an aperitif at the Controluce restaurant in Brugherio, where yesterday evening the presidency and the staff were able to welcome the team, introduce themselves and give the first technical indications for the start of training, it’s time to go back to the gym to trigger the green light on the 2023/24 season of Gamma Chimica Brugherio, fifth presence in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship.
In fact, this morning the boys of coach Delmati, under the guidance of the athletic trainer Andrea Delvecchio, met to kick off physical tests and weight training sessions that will continue throughout the week, alternating with work in the field.
The second day will always start in the weight room while in the afternoon the entire team of coach Delmati will be busy with the first technical training at the Paolo VI building in via Manin.
A lot of enthusiasm and desire to get back on track, this is the climate that reigns in Brugherio in view of the championship debut scheduled for Sunday 15 October at home against Geetit Bologna.
