Volleyball Nations League 2023 is preparing to welcome the Final Eight of this edition, which will start in the next few days with the matches valid for the quarter-finals. Two Rana Verona players will be the protagonists in the second phase of the competition: Leandro Mosca and Rok Mozic.
The middle blocker from the Marches has been included in the list of 14 called up by coach Ferdinando De Giorgi to face Argentina on Wednesday 19 July at 20.00. Italy has earned the passage of the round thanks to the 5th place in the standings with 26 points. The Verona hammer, on the other hand, will be part of the group led by coach Cretu, who will challenge Japan on Thursday 20 July at 17.00. Slovenia, in the first part of the tournament, finished in seventh position, one point below the Azzurri. Both matches will take place at the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland.
