Arrived in Macerata two seasons ago, last year he lived the championship on the bench of the first team alongside coach Gulinelli as second coach, while for the 2023/2024 season Caldarola returns to the role of scoutman, which he had held in his first year in White Red. He boasts a long experience in volleyball, gained traveling from southern to northern Italy, and has now become an important part of the Med Store Tunit staff.
“Staying in Macerata was a choice of the heart”, explains scoutman Michele Caldarola, “In recent years I have had a great time, I feel part of the big family that is Macerata Volleyball and this convinced me to continue my red and white experience. Together we have built a staff of great professionals and very close-knit, I am convinced that we can only grow”. A group to which important grafts have been added, in addition to the new coach Castellano, “The General Manager Italo Vullo is a figure of great experience, direct and sincere, I know that we will get on well, like with the new coach; he really wants to work and has an idea of volleyball that I like. All the staff and the club are rowing in the same direction, together we can have a great season”.
