At the end of a hard-fought and intense game, Gioia del Colle had the better of Bassano at the tie-break. The team played with fighting spirit but were not always able to keep the lead built up, and considering a couple of referee decisions it was also a bit unlucky in the third set. Despite the disappointment of the point lost, the club can be satisfied with this positive performance. Full of injuries, Gioia manages to get closer to Bassano, Massa and Isernia.
