Vero Volley Monza keeps the engine warm in view of the 5th place Play Offs, a competition that will see the four teams eliminated from the Quarter Finals of the Play Offs Scudetto and the winner of the mini round between the 9 1st, 10th and 11th place at the end of the regular season (Padova guide on Cisterna and Taranto).
The winner of this appointment, organized with a first single group phase with one-way matches at the end of which the first four of the ranking will compete in the Semifinals and Final, will win the pass for Europe, more precisely for the CEV Challenge Cup 2023. For Monza, at the fifth participation after the experiences of 2015/2016 (defeat in the quarterfinals against Molfetta), 2016/2017 (defeat in the semifinal against Piacenza), 2017/2018 (victory against Padova in the Final) and 2021/2022 ( defeat in the Semifinal against Cisterna), the goal is to return to play in a European cup one year after the sparkling Final of the CEV Cup won in Tours (the first continental trophy in the history of Vero Volley in the men’s sector).
