The National Sports Judge, with regard to the matches played on 25 and 26 February 2023, has adopted the following measures:
Conad Reggio Emilia – Recall due to the absence of the second coach on the bench;
Enrico Zanolli (manager of Rold Logistics Belluno) – Suspension from all Federal activities from 03/03/2023 to 03/17/2023 for repeatedly protesting and, on one occasion, offensive behavior against the work of the first referee during the race (reoffending);
From Rold Logistics Belluno – Fine of € 500.00 for having one of its managers not on the scoresheet deserving the sanction of suspension from all federal activities.

Having read the official documents and the request sent to this Office by the Maury’s Com Cavi Tuscania association, regarding a reported regulatory irregularity in the performance of the match in question since it was reported as such as to compromise the approval of the match with the result achieved on the field , as well as transposing the brief pursuant to Article 25 of the Jurisdictional Reg. transmitted by the opposing association OmiFer Palmi
CONSIDERED
– that the Maury’s Com Cavi Tuscania association, on the merits, has objected in the deeds an incorrect annotation on the scoresheet by the scorer on the actual score achieved on the field during the 1st set, since such as to have produced a damage to the instant association alteration of the final score of the set and, more generally, prejudice to the regular progress of the match;
– that the plaintiff association also complained that the aforesaid defect, despite contestation in the immediacy of the event, was not then suitably amended by the arbitration couple following the checks carried out;
to reject the request presented by the Sodalizio Maury’s Com Cavi Tuscania, as preliminarily inadmissible, and to approve the meeting in question with the result achieved on the field.
