29 year old Tiberti is one of the most appreciated setters in Italian volleyball. He has been in Padova for three years.

“The age average has gone down – he says about the A2 compared to a few years ago – There might be less experience but a great will to give importance to the players of the future. I had forgotten how difficult it was to compete in it”. Bassano is the next challenge “We met them in a friendly, a well organised team. Its weakness might be that they can win sets as easily as they can lose them. They have excellent players such as David, Guarise and Tamburo. There also have a couple of interesting youngsters. One thing I understood in this league, is that there are no week teams but at the same time, there are no unbeatable teams either”.
