Daniele Sottile: “A very tough challenge awaits us against Trento on Saturday and so far our performance has not been linear, but it must be said that in the season we have also found some important ‘highs’ with a succession of eight victories between the cup and the championship. The current one is a period of ‘downs’, perhaps predictable given that ours is an important club with some extra pressure and when there are many very young performers, continuity is a goal to be achieved in the long term. The Club has started a renewal by asking the more experienced players to encourage the growth of the group, the important thing is to continue working together alongside the staff and have clear ideas. We know our weaknesses and strengths well, we are all professionals and rowing on the same side. We want to improve and try to stay in matches even in difficulties, starting with the next challenge. Are the fans snorting? I’m not a beginner athlete and I think a little disappointment is normal, we are the first to be unhappy when you lose! We also need to metabolize that in recent years Lube had set up teams to win immediately, this is a project to have better results in future years.
