To put an end to the first round of the Serie A3 Credem Banca 2022/23 Championship on the Farmitalia Saturnia calendar there is one last match, the recovery of the eleventh day against Aurispa Libellula Lecce.
The match, which should have taken place on December 8th, postponed due to the positivity of the Lecce athletes to Covid, is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, Thursday December 22nd, at 16:00 in the Palazzetto dello Sport Tricase (Lecce) and will be live streaming on Lega Volley Channel, YouTube channel of the Serie A Volleyball League.
The team group and the technical staff will leave today during the day and tomorrow they will take the field with the same determination as always, as sporting director Piero D’Angelo recounts: “The boys are sorry for the result of the match against Ortona, which we would have could have won if the second set had been played to the best of our ability and if the referee errors hadn’t weighed as much as they did. But now our mind is all about tomorrow’s match, in Tricase we will play to win and bring home the three points up for grabs. Fundamental for the purposes of the classification, not only the result we will achieve tomorrow, but also the response of the Federation to the complaint presented. We hope to be able to repeat the match”.
