After the DHL Tournament in Cuneo, Ferdinando De Giorgi’s men’s Italy is ready for the World Championship in Poland and Slovenia. The Italian coach released this morning the list of 14 athletes who will represent the national team at the appointment scheduled from 26 August to 11 September. Among these was also confirmed Gianluca Galassi, central of Vero Volley Monza.

The program of approaching the world championship foresees that the team will leave Piedmont in the early afternoon after the morning weight session to go to Milan where it will train at the Centro Federale Pavesi until Tuesday 23 August. The departure for Slovenia is set for Wednesday 24.
