Roma needed an experienced middleblocker and it got it. Daniele Postiglioni is a 29-year-old that had made his first steps in the region of the capital with Piaggio Roma and also played in Ostia and Pomezia in A2 in the same area of Italy. Last year he played in Cyprus but it did not go as well as he would have liked.
“I made this choice to try something interesting – said Postiglioni – but it did not work out that well because they don’t have the minute organization there is here in Italy. At lest it made me realised how much bigger is Italian volleyball”.
