Coach Giani just needs two more players to complete its squad: two middleblockers, and preferably one with experience and a youngster ready to work hard and learn. So far Giani is satisfied with the work done during the off-season:
“The club worked well and I will have 13 players at my disposal: a mixed of experienced players and others eager to emerge. Let’s say we’ll have five experienced players and 8 youngsters, of whom two very young. The championship will be even tougher this season as the league decided there would be only one team going up. The favourites will be the usual suspects: Castellana Grotte, Gioia del Colle, Santa Croce, Bassano, Crema and Padova”.
