Latina’s project is taking shape bit by bit. The main man is coach Daniele Ricci and the club found his assistant in Giampiero Medei, who has already worked with the head coach at Sparkling Milan from 2006 to 2008.

Young but well-prepared, he will substitute Francesco Cadeddu, who moved to Cuneo. Born in 1973 near Macerata, that is precisely in this club that he made his coaching debut with the youth team. In 2001-2002, he moved up to the first team, as assistant of Roberto Masciarelli. He then assisted Raul Lozano and Ferdinando De Giorgi before meeting coach Ricci. He won the Junior League in 2000, a Cev Cup, a Champions League, an Italian Cup and the league. He also made a league-cup double with Ricci in the A2 at Milan.
