Evandro (Motta Marcondes Guerra) is an outside hitter of 207 cm. The powerful player gathered many caps with brazil and has already played under coach Lattari, at Florianopolis, where they won the Brazilian Cup. Castellano has already played under Lattari too in Taranto. He also had experiences in Loreto, Naples, Modena, Treviso, where he won the title in 2001, Piacenza and Parma. He made his debut with the national team in 2000 and won the World League.
