In its second season at the club, Manuele Cricca had the prestigious task to be Loreto’s captain. He offered his experience, strength and human quality, helping the team achieve a historical season (second middleblocker of the season with 218 points).
“It’s been an unbelievable season with a final sprint full of emotions – explained Cricca – There was no time to celebrate a victory because you had to focus immediately on the next game and the necessity to take three points to be able to keep chasing Santa Croce . It was like a great relieve feeling when we managed to do it, there are no words to describe the happiness we felt, still difficult to explain today”.
