Dario Simoni’s youngsters keep dreaming

Dario Simoni’s Serie C team realised half a dream called B2. Following their qualification to the Under20 national fina, Fondrieschi and co began their Serie C playoff campaign yesterday. Montichiari finished second and was therefore drawn with the second teams of other groups: Motta visconti and Milanotre. In its first encounter, it met Motta Visconti, and despite the pressure and being a group of players born 89 to 91, it won in straight sets. If they beat Milanotre, with any margin, they will go up to the A2, otherwise it would depend on Sunday’s last game of the group.
