Maric and co are working in the gym following their severe defeat against Vibo Valentia, who is now just three points behind the yellow and blues.
“It’s not easy to explain what happened – said spiker Goran Maric – There might have been too much pressure. Maybe we thought too much of the playoffs while it would be better to go back to focus on one game at a time and play them as if they were finals. Treviso, Vibo and us are all at the same point now, we’re starting all over again”.
Verona’s next two games will be away from home on Monday nights, first against Pineto and then against Piacenza. Both will be live on Sky Sport 2.
